A new and large flattening machine to cut metals and a warehouse equipped with the latest technology, dedicated to coils and metal sheets. These are the latest news of the recently opened Tresoldi warehouse.
The warehouse covers a total area of 6000 m2, two thousands of which dedicated to store coils. This will help the service centre in the Veneto region double its output capacity of steel sheets in particular and metal sheets in general. Supporting this striking increased production is the large and modern flattening machine to cut metals that was commissioned not long ago and is being currently setup.
This is a flatten & cut line featuring a flying shear that can process thicknesses ranging from 0.40 to 3 mm, lengths from 300 to 6000 mm, and widths from 300 to 1550 mm. The maximum flattening speed will be 50 meters per minute, which will make it possible to go from the 14,000 tonnes produced in 2015 plus 7,000 tonnes scheduled by the end of 2016, to reach, once the machine is fully operational, a total of 30,000 tonnes for the whole plant.
Besides the advantages offered by the new flattening machine, Tresoldi Metalli also offers its modern sheet warehouse, equipped with packaging and pickling machines that will enhance flexibility and efficiency of logistics.
