Cupro Inox® is the result of combining two premium materials- stainless steel and copper. The same visual impact and strength of these materials are maintained in Cupro Inox® but, being an alternative to copper for the construction sector, it mainly implies lower costs and more stable estimates.
This is a new rolled material that only Tresoldi Metalli can offer, made from austenitic stainless steel coated with a 2-micron copper layer applied by means of a galvanic process.
Cupro Inox® cannot be compared to any coated product known or to any copper imitation. It has a great appearance, identical to copper, and it is therefore an excellent alternative to copper for building applications, fit to make gutters and downpipes and indoor and outdoor furniture as well.
Cupro Inox® shows excellent structural characteristics tested by means of wash away tests conducted at labs and by fitting some samples which are monitored for more than ten years.
The results of the tests conducted in labs as well as outdoors have shown the perfect sealing of the material over time.
